Insurance & Billing

When you register for your hospital stay, we will need a copy of your health insurance ID card.

Please remember that your insurance coverage is a contract between you and your insurance company and you are responsible for paying your hospital bill.

If you don’t have health insurance, you may be eligible for Medi-Cal or other local or state programs. Please contact our Financial Counselor at (510)780-4342 or our Business Office (510)264-4016 for information about our Charity Care and Self-Pay Discount Policy.

We are available Monday through Thursday 9am – 12pm, 1pm – 4pm and Friday 9am – 12pm.
